1. Scope of Return and Exchange

We accept return and exchange applications in the following situations:


Products have quality problems (such as damage, breakage, lack of function, etc.);


Wrong products are sent (not in line with the order);


Serious damage caused during transportation;


Products have obvious manufacturing defects.


Note: Return and exchange applications must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods, and will not be accepted after the deadline.


2. Return and Exchange Conditions

The goods must be kept in their original state, including but not limited to: unused, unwashed, no stains, no odor, and retain the original packaging, labels, accessories, etc.;


When returning the goods, you must attach the order number, purchase receipt and reason for return and exchange;


For returns and exchanges not related to quality issues, the buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.


Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted:


Application for return due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong color/model, etc.);


The product has been used, damaged or incomplete;


Promotional/clearance products, unless there is a quality problem.

(2) Approval


Our customer service will review the application within 2-3 working days and notify you of the processing result by email or phone.


(3) Return of goods

If the return or exchange application is approved, please send the goods back to the return address within 30 days after receiving the goods:

Please be sure to use a traceable logistics method and keep the courier number to prevent the package from being lost;

Return costs:

Quality issues: We bear the shipping costs;

Non-quality issues: The buyer bears the shipping costs.


(4) Refund/Exchange processing

Refund method: Refund to the original payment method (processing time 5-10 working days);

Replacement method: We will arrange a replacement within 3-5 working days after receiving the return and provide the logistics information of the new product.


4. Important Notes

The refund amount does not include the initial shipping cost (unless the return is due to quality issues);

If the return is due to the user providing an incorrect address, failing to pick up the package in time, etc., the shipping cost of re-shipping shall be borne by the user;
